Brett has worked in the mortgage industry for over 14 years.  After graduating from Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos, he came back to the Houston area to work with a nationwide mortgage banking firm.  While there, he learned all aspects of the loan process before working his way to the production side of the mortgage industry.

Brett followed his friend & mentor Ed Dermody to Fairway in January of 1997 when he opened the Houston branch.   For Brett, the greatest compliment he can receive is a client coming back to him again or referring a friend or family member.  Since coming to Fairway, Brett has been very successful in creating a large client base filled with repeat customers & their friends. 

Brett has lived in the Houston area his whole life.  He grew up in Missouri city and now resides in Sugar Land.   When not working, Brett enjoys most outdoor activities and can usually be found on the golf course. 

Brett’s goal at Fairway has always been to provide a level of service that exceeds the expectations of his clients producing life long customers & friends.
